Paris Saclay University

The Paris Saclay University was officially created in November 2019. It replaces the Paris Sud University (Paris XI) and integrates as component establishments among others AgroParisTech. The University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines is an associated member, with a view to merging by 2025. The scientific scope of the new university includes the laboratories of national research organizations within its scope that participated in its creation: CEA, CNRS, INRAE etc.

INRAE

INRAE (National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment) was born in 2020 from the merger of 2 institutions: INRA (National Institute for Agronomic Research) and IRSTEA (National Institute for Research in Science and Technology for the Environment and Agriculture).
